Association Health & Dental Plans
For individuals and small businesses. An alternative to a group plan for small
and large associations.
There are eight different plans to
choose from, each providing varying levels of coverage: four
offering health & dental benefits and four offering
dental
benefits. Each plan also includes core benefits such as vision
care, registered specialists, home care and nursing, accidents
dental and more.
FollowMe
TM Health & Dental Plans
Uninterrupted health and dental coverage for retirees and
everybody whose group benefits end.
Guaranteed Issue (Acceptance) plans. If you
apply within 90 days of your loss of group health and dental
benefits, you will qualify without having to complete a medical
questionnaire. And with four levels of protection to choose
from, you can select the plan that meets your needs.
